ABOUT F1RST FRIDAY
F1rst Friday is an Arts Consortium free program that takes place every first Friday of the month; all year-round! On the day of F1rst Friday, Arts Consortium’s F1rst Friday Venue Participants open their doors from 5:00pm – 8:00pm in beautiful Downtown Visalia; all a walking distance from each other.
These venues host artwork from local artists, regional artists, authors, or interactive activities. It is always a unique experience. Pick up a map at the participating venues, the night of F1rst Friday, to help you find the locations and for the opportunity to be entered into the opportunity drawing.

OPPORTUNITY DRAWING
Each F1rst Friday the Arts Consortium hosts an opportunity drawing. To be entered into the opportunity drawing, visitors will need to visit at least half of the participating venues for that given month. There are two options to choose from on how to enter your name and phone # for the chance to win that month’s prize.
Option 1: Signature on F1rst Friday Map
- Collect signatures from at least half of the participating Art Stops
- Write your full name and phone number on the map
- Turn in your signed map to the last Art Stop that you visit
Option 2: Photos
- Photograph Opportunity Drawing frames for at least half of the participating Art Stops.
- Email your name, phone number, and Art Stop frame photos to hello@artsconsortium.org
The prize is different each month and is either offered by the Arts Consortium, participating venue, or artist. The drawing is done the following week after F1rst Friday.
