Presented by the Tulare County Resource Management Agency and the Arts Consortium (Tulare County’s arts council).
The County of Tulare and the Arts Consortium are asking for detailed proposals for two mosaic tiles. The purpose of these tiles is to beautify Tulare County-owned properties, to feature flora and fauna endemic to our region, as well as to raise awareness of the great artists in Tulare County.
